About

Built by someone who grew up running machines.

I'm Josh Hixon. My dad and grandpa both owned machine shops running government contracts, and I learned on their machines. I trained in drafting and design, then spent 15 years in stainless steel manufacturing, starting at a drafting table and moving into continuous improvement.

For 13 years I fixed late orders by walking the floor and asking why. Every shop I worked with had the same problem: good people, scattered data, and nobody looking at the same numbers. So I started building the systems to fix it.

Results from the floor

What changed when everyone looked at the same numbers.

$700K → under $50K

A steel products maker had over $700,000 tied up in late orders. Six months later it was under $50,000. No new system. Everyone looked at the same numbers, every day.

3 months late → on time

A textiles operation was three months behind. Two months later it was shipping on time and making almost twice as much product.

How I work

Process first. Then software.

Process first, then software

Define how work should move. Structure the data. Then automate on top. Software that skips the first step just digitizes the mess.

Build on what you have

Your ERP and CRM stay. I build the connecting layer they're missing, so you don't pay for a rip-and-replace.

Long relationships

Fair, flat pricing and AI at cost, because I want to be your system partner in ten years, not just this quarter.

Based in Montana's Bitterroot Valley. Building for shops everywhere.
