What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, which system you are interested in, and any notes. We also record the page you were on and the source tag in the link you used, so we know which outreach brought you here.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to us and stored in our own CRM so we can reply. That is the only place they go. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across sites. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Spam protection

The demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser and does not store personal data on our side.

Your choices

Email contact@hixonops.com and we will delete anything we hold about you.
